Where do I pick up my badge?

You can visit any Pre-Registered Badge Pickup kiosk. If you received a confirmation after registering, you can scan it at the pre-registered kiosks located in the registration area. If you have not pre-registered, please proceed to on-site registration in foyer outside Halls C&D, Level 1, GRBCC.

You must have a government-issued driver’s license, passport, or other photo identification to pick up your badge holder or register.

Where can I purchase event tickets?

Is there complimentary registration?

SPE Members get complimentary access to the exhibit hall only, no access to the technical sessions will be allowed.

Complimentary registration is available with a Guest Card. Guest Cards are available from exhibitors only and can be completed online.

How can SPE Members get a Complimentary Pass to the ATCE Exhibition Hall?

As an SPE member, you get a complimentary pass to the exhibition hall. If you are not a member yet, you have the opportunity to join now. Please Note: This pass does not include access to the technical program. Learn more about the free access pass here.

Where can I access the proceedings?

The 2025 ATCE Conference Proceedings will only be available for purchase through the registration link until Wednesday, 21 October 2025.

After 21 October 2025, this year’s papers will be available to be purchased individually in OnePetro.

Is there an ATCE mobile App?

Yes, search "SPE International" in your mobile device app store (or click one of the buttons below) and download the SPE International App.

In Case of Evacuation

• If an alarm sounds, wait for instructions over the public announcement system.
• If necessary, follow GRB staff to the nearest exit and safety zone.

Suspicious Mail/Package
• Do not approach or touch the suspicious package.
• Notify SPE/Convention Center staff either in person or by landline telephone. ATCE Show Office is located in room 350DE, Level 3.
• Do not use cellular telephone or portable radio to notify staff.

Medical Emergency
• First Aid Center is located in Lobby E, Level 1.

• State clearly: Who you are, what has happened and where it happened.

Is there a Welcome Reception and daily ATCE events?

Yes, all are welcome at Monday's Welcome Reception.

Are there charging stations?

Yes, visit us in the SPE Pavilion Booth 1022 in the Exhibit Hall for your charging needs.

Is luggage check available?

Is there a prayer and nursing room?

Yes, to reserve this room, please visit ATCE Show Office, room 350DE, Level 3, GRBCC.

Is there a business center?

There are two FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers conveniently located across the street from the building, both accessible via skybridge. One is located in the Hilton Americas-Houston and the other in the Marriott Marquis.

Where are the food courts/concession stands?

There are 3 permanent restaurants at the GRBCC (Pappadeaux, Saltgrass and the Grotto) as well as a Starbucks on the 2nd level. There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance of the convention center. There is also a food court in the exhibit hall.

Where is the lost and found?

Lost and found is in ATCE Show Office, room 350DE, Level 3, GRBCC.

Where are the session rooms?

• Opening General Session is in the Grand Ballroom, Level 3.

• Strategic Panels sessions are located in 320AB, Level 3

• Special Sessions are located on the Exhibit Floor, Level 1

• Technical Sessions are located on Level 3.

• ePosters are located on the Exhibit Floor, Level 1

Please refer to your conference program for the exact room number in the convention center of the session that you wish to attend. Signs will lead you to the room that you need.

Where is the Annual Banquet and do I need a ticket?

The Annual Banquet will be held at GRBCC, Grand Ballroom, Level 3. The reception is complimentary, but the banquet requires a ticket - Purchase tickets here. Due to space restrictions, No tickets will be sold at the door.

The 25-Year Club Lounge welcomes SPE members with 25+ years of continuous membership, Century Club members, SPE Board officers and directors (past and present), Distinguished and Honorary members, SPE International Award Winners, and Distinguished Lecturers.

The SPE Member Lounge is a networking space for members to meet up and connect.
