Cancellation policy

APA Services, Inc. logo The following cancellation and refund policies apply to events fulfilled by American Psychological Association Services, Inc., a Section 501(c)(6) organization under the Internal Revenue Code.

Cancelling

All registrations are nonrefundable; however, you may reschedule once for another available session within the same calendar year.

Rescheduling

• Requests made fewer than 14 days prior may not be accommodated.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email.
• Once the request is received, an email will be sent to the registrant confirming the change.

Please be aware that:

• Rescheduling is allowed only once.
• Registrations are nontransferable to another individual.
• If you do not attend your scheduled training and fail to reschedule in time, your registration will be forfeited.
