The APA Award for Distinguished Scientific Contributions honors psychologists who have made distinguished theoretical or empirical contributions to basic research in psychology.

The following may be submitted electronically:

• brief nomination statement (750 words)

• nominee's current vita with list of publications

• names and addresses of 10 scientists who are familiar with the nominee's work

• list of three most significant and representative publications and include PDF links

• list of up to 10 students/postdocs that the nominee has trained and where those individuals are now
