June 2026 Board Election resolution
Resolution
1. The June 2026 election of the Board of Directors (the "Election") shall take place from May 23, 2026 to June 15, 2026.
2. Nominations of candidates for the Election shall be accepted from May 5, 2026 to May 20, 2026.
3. For the duration of the Election, the Election Committee shall consist of William Beutler, Mia Cariello, Peter Meyer, Kevin Payravi, John Sadowski, and Diane Shaw.
4. Except as otherwise provided for by this resolution, the Election shall be conducted in accordance with the Election Policy.

The following text is not part of the resolution:
This resolution was approved by the Board at its April 30, 2026 meeting.
The elected Board members whose current terms end in this election were elected in the 2023 election: Robert Fernandez, Kevin Li, and Sara Snyder.
Based on a recent change to the Bylaws, the chapter shall invite input from members on its budget, but will no longer ask members to vote on it. That is a change from previous board elections.
