I noticed there are some inconsistencies on ! usage in the article. phrik#Account does not specify ! because it is in a /query, but the other sections do not use it. Probably because they are meant to be executed in the channels, but this is actually discouraged when discovering and testing factoids (see !botabuse).

I do not have a strong opinion on both because the variant without the ! looks a bit cleaner to me, but using ! indicates that the following is a factoid.
