Other wikis: http://gutenbergschule.pbwiki.com - which is not comparable to TWiki in terms of features, but is understandable for "civilians" - at least for some. And it offers hosted services, whereas TWiki requires your own server.
Specific interests:
Big structured documents, because I do not want to throw away the advantages of "old" style documentation systems. I imagine some cross-over. See PrintUsingPDF; now GenPDFAddOn in combination with IncludeIndexPlugin
Export wiki text into other apps, e.g. instruction text interface for NMS
Import data from external applications for display as web page; i.e. use TWiki as rendering engine of externally generated data; still no movement in that direction frown
