Primetime channel refund policies
- You can cancel a Primetime Channel at any time. When you cancel your membership, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
- Exception: NFL Sunday Ticket is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Learn how to cancel auto-renewal.
- Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on the card issuer.
- YouTube purchases made on the YouTube Android app will be billed via Google Play. Go to payments.google.com to learn about new charges and understand how you’re billed.
- If you signed up via Apple, you’ll need to get in touch with Apple support to request a refund for Primetime channels. Apple’s refund policy will apply.
