Open your phone's Settings app.
Tap Tips & support.
Tap Contact us.
Enter info about your issue.
Tap Next step and then Chat.
Tip: If you can't find this option, it could be outside local business hours. Tap Show hours.

Open the Pixel Phone Help Center.
At the bottom of any page, under "Need more help," select Contact us.
Tip: If you can't find "Contact us," check back during local business hours.
Enter info about your issue.
Select Next step and then Chat.
