Activate a Google Home Premium or Fitbit Premium subscription with Google One

Important:

• If you’re already subscribed to the Standard plan of Google Home Premium, you must apply the entitlement from Google One to the same Home structure with your existing subscription. This automatically cancels and refunds your existing Google Home Premium subscription.
• If you’re already subscribed to the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you’ll get the Standard plan of Google Home Premium included with Google One. You must apply the entitlement to the same Home structure with your existing membership. This automatically cancels and refunds your existing Google Home Premium membership.
  • To get the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you must purchase it as an add-on. To avoid any loss of camera history and Home Premium Advanced plan functionality, purchase the Home Premium Advanced add on from Google One before you start the replacement flow in the Google Home app.
• To finalize setup, download the Google Home app .
• When you cancel a Google Home Premium subscription, you'll lose your sound detection clips and any video you haven't saved. Before you cancel, learn how to save important clips.

1. On your computer, go to Google One.
2. On the left, click Benefits.
3. Find your Google Home Premium benefit card.
4. Click Explore plan.
5. To set up Google Home Premium for your home, follow the on-screen prompts.
   • If needed, follow prompts to migrate your existing Google Home Premium account to Google.

1. On your computer, go to Google One.
2. At the top, click Settings Settings.
3. Click Change membership plan.
4. At the bottom right, click Get add-on. This opens the Manage add-on page.
5. Under "Add-on," next to "Google Home Premium Advanced," click Add .
6. Click Go to checkout and then Subscribe.

Important:

• If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription through Google Play with the Google Account linked to your Google AI Pro membership:
  • Your Fitbit Premium subscription will be automatically canceled.
  • The remaining time on subscription will be refunded.
• If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription through the Apple App Store or Fitbit.com :
  • To cancel your subscription and get a refund, check your inbox for an email with instructions on how to contact Fitbit Support.
  • To activate a new subscription with Google One, follow instructions below.
• If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription and use a Fitbit Account:
  • You must migrate your Fitbit account to your Google Account that’s linked to your Google AI Pro membership. This will automatically cancel your previous subscription.
  • To activate a new subscription with Google One, follow instructions below.
  • To get a refund for the remaining time on your subscription, contact Fitbit support.
• If your existing Fitbit Premium subscription is canceled, you may not retain your data history.
  • Your Fitbit data history is tied to your Fitbit account. If you change your Fitbit account to the same account as your Google One subscription, data history will not transfer over.

3. Find the Fitbit benefit card.
4. Click Go to Fitbit.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

These plans don’t include the Google Home Premium and Fitbit Premium subscription benefits and no changes will be made. You can upgrade to a Google AI Pro membership to access those benefits. Learn how to update your Google One Plan.

Important: This isn’t applicable for Google AI Ultra as it already includes access to the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium.

If you subscribe to Google AI Pro or higher plans, you get access to the Standard plan of Google Home Premium. To enjoy the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you can purchase it as an add-on through the Google One app.

We can’t automatically cancel the subscription. You’ll get an email with your options on how to activate your subscription. To cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription and get a refund for the remaining time on the subscription, contact Fitbit support.

• Only Fitbit agents can cancel your subscription.
• To keep your benefits, activate your new subscription through Google One.

• Migrate your Fitbit Premium subscription to the Google Account you used to subscribe to Google One.
• Cancel existing Fitbit Premium subscription.
• A Fitbit agent can give a refund for the remaining time on the subscription.
• Activate Fitbit Premium through Google One.
