Monitor app usage
To monitor app usage, do one of the following:
- Open your app in the editor, go to the Manage > Monitor tab, expand Usage Statistics, and click Get usage statistics to refresh the content.
- As an AppSheet admin, use the AppSheet Admin Console to view details for an app in your team or organization and select More > Usage stats.
The Usage Statistics page opens and shows the following information:
- Total unique app users per month
- Total unique app users per day
- Unique app users emails
- Individual app users per day (Core pricing plans or higher)
- Per-user drilldown: app interactions per day (Core pricing plans or higher)
Note: Use of the app preview in the editor by an app owner or co-creator doesn't count towards the total number of app users.
As an AppSheet admin, you can view app usage for all apps in a team and organization using the AppSheet Admin Console. See View the app usage in your team or organization.
