my current azure dvops setup running Version Azure DevOps Server 2020 Update 1.2 we depend on manual approval in most of pipeline like the below task, below is the yaml we currently use

the issue with this task that it grant anyone who is has access to the pipeline to be able to approve this task even he is not the targeted person. in azure cloud i got the updated task which differentiate between who should be notified and who can approve, and i tested it and i found that if i am not the who targeted to approve, so i can't approve even i have access to the pipeline. below is the yaml used in azure cloud

my question is to which release or which patch i have to download to my current tfs consider that my current version is Azure DevOps Server 2020 Update 1.2
