There is a task to create a bot for anonymous communication (you can't go to the profile of a chat participant).

I studied the materials, from them it follows that opening a chat of participants is available only for a group of 100 people and is configured in the handle for each chat. Of course, you can try to implement forwarding a message through a bot, but stability and resistance to loads. Can other options be presented?
