I installed Windows Server 2019(Datacenter) on my laptop in preparation to start learning MS Sharepoint. Everything runs fine. I can install and uninstall applications with the default Administrator user, but after installing Active Directory, I can no longer uninstall applications. I can install applications, but I can't access certain systems with the same Administrator user. Attached is a screenshot of the error(s) I'm getting. Any help

I checked the user permissions to see if there was anything that needed to be changed, but I was unable to spot anything. I'm new to servers and active directory, so I didn't know what to look for exactly.
