winNt _STRUCT_NAME(u) remains

Hello, 
 In the 'latest' release of cygwin, I get code in (a.o.) the include-file 
winnt.h as mentioned in the header. It seems like an auto-generation 
process not fully performed, but I don't want to change the header-files. 
Is there any solution to this?
