Tens of thousands of visitors view ScienceWorld each day, and thousands of denizens of the mathematical and internet communities have contributed material over the last five years. As a result of this fruitful collaboration, ScienceWorld has grown to become the web's most extensive single source of educational and reference material about mathematics. To join the continuing efforts toward bringing the richness of mathematics to the internet, please send email to the site's maintainers at scienceworld@wolfram.com. For information about submitting material by postal mail or fax, please visit the FAQ on contributing.
Math facts and definitions to be added to ScienceWorld will be reviewed for correctness and suitability. Material should be specific, concise, verifiable, and preferably useful and interesting as well. References to published literature are especially helpful, as is use of plain ASCII, TEX, or LATEX text or Mathematica notebooks. Microsoft Word and other binary documents cannot be processed, nor can submissions written in HTML or encoded using TNEF. For additional information about TEX and LATEX, see the AMS TeX pages, or read Michael Doob's helpful A Gentle Introduction to TeX.
