Conservation Laws

angular momentum: conserved if .
baryon number: always conserved.
charge: always conserved.
color: always conserved.
energy, classical: conserved in an elastic collision.
energy/mass: conserved except on short time scales for which they may violate in accordance with the energy-time uncertainty principle.
isospin: conserved in strong interactions.
