File - Append

What is wrong with this statement?

OPEN "ShoppersDebugFile.txt" FOR APPEND AS #DebugFile

It generates this error:
Compile Error
Syntax error - OPEN "ShoppersDebugFile.txt" FOR APPEND AS #DebugFile

Looks like a bug, RunBASIC doesn't like APPEND, try (lowercase) append instead.

I typically capitalize all of my basic keywords, statements and functions (QuickBasic style) and I haven't had a problem so far. But I've harldy touched all of the language. I did have one append in a guestbook program I wrote but it was lower case to my surprise. Pure dumb luck..
