Convert LB Basic program to Run Basic

I have an application written in Liberty Basic I would like to make available on a web page. It calculates distribution probabilities of playing cards in the game of bridge. The program uses a number of comboboxes for user numeric input - performs a calculation on those inputs then displays output in a texteditor.

I have neither the time nor inclination to learn Run Basic. However I am willing to pay someone to convert the program for me, if it's not too expensive.

In LB and JB procedures like functions a subroutines must be at the end of the source code.
