eSpeak over PHP on Raspberry PI

Question

So I am trying to make a webserver on my Raspberry Pi which plays a voice using eSpeak whenever a page is loaded. I have installed apache2 and php5, and I also have a script to run eSpeak which I have verified to work using "php myfile.php" in the command line. However, when I load the page, the sound does not play. I invented up a PHP script to show me the output of trying to run the command using exec(); of "/usr/bin/espeak Hello", so here it is:

The point is, my sound does not play when I load the webpage. I added both the pi and www-data users to the audio group to no avail. I am sure that everything else works, as running the php file using "php myfile.php" in the command line plays the sound. Any ways I can fix this and make the webpage trigger eSpeak to play the sound?

Update! I wondered if adding www-data to the audio group had not taken effect, so I rebooted my Pi. Problem fixed, it plays eSpeak beautifully and works quite as expected!
