There is information in the introduction that we want to add extra
exercises to it to give the new users more opportunities to practice.

We encourage using the unified openstack client rather than individual
service CLI tools, since it is very close to feature parity and has a
more consistent interface. Recommending the individual CLI tools is also
confusing because some services, like keystone, don't have their own
CLIs any more.

With support life cycles moving to an extended maintenance model,
"supported" isn't quite to cut and dry. Modify the question so that the
answer can be easily obtained from the current releases site[1] (the
correct answer at this point in time is four).

This patch removes the tags table from the site and tags from the
slides. Since the content has moved out of the slides and into the
contributor guide, the tags are not really useful anymore. Moreover,
they weren't being maintained as new slide decks were added anyway.

This patch makes some additions to the directions in the
trainees guide so that students are better prepared for OUI
and removes a direction that is covered during the training.
