Add a note if no events and modify task ex.2

Code Issues Proposed changes

If there are no upcoming "OpenStack Days" events, why not
suggesting to organize one.
In parallel, I got confused by the "post a comment on a
blueprint" since it is not technicaly possible to "comment"
so I thought it could be worth modifying the text
