Jonathan Rosser 107ecca6ca Update rabbitmq and erlang repo locations to the current recommended locations.

Rabbitmq provide a new set of ppa fronted by Cloudflare, use those
instead of the previous one which is no longer mentioned in the
rabbitmq installation guide.
