Dmitriy Rabotyagov 4906e4d641 Drop rootwrap.d creation 
As rootwrap.d is now shipped by nova, we don't need to ensure that
directory exists explicitly.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:
  • nova-api
  • nova-conductor
  • nova-scheduler
  • nova-console
  • nova-compute
