Details of the proposal
Project description	(削除) It helps people socialize each other. It also helps Wikimedia be competitive to existing social networks. Anything can be discussed, like favorites, deaths, ~~news (削除ここまで)~~, hobbies, activities, etc. Also, it helps Wikipedians ease stress from other projects, like Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons. Besides chatting and talking, it can ~~(削除) also (削除ここまで)~~ allow people to write essays, letters, bulletin boards, schedules, petitions, etc. It shall not allow writings already covered by other existing sister projects.
