[edit ]A "program leader" is anyone who plans and executes programs. This could be a chapter staff member, a volunteer, or even a Wikimedia Foundation staff member. Sometimes programs have multiple program leaders. Program leaders are generally the key evaluators of programs. If you're reading this, you are most likely a program leader!
