Hi, this is my first confirmation as a steward.
It was an interesting year. Some things were as expected, others not (especially the extent of steward's work that doesn't happen publicly, like mailing lists or OTRS). Have I made mistakes? Of course, but I'm willing to learn from it. There's room for improvement, and there are some fields of work I wasn't as active as I wanted to be.
Due to real life issues, I couldn't be always as active as I wished to (in particular the last two months). But I expect that I'm able to keep my overall activity level or even increase it.

Hallo, dies ist meine erste Steward-Wiederwahl.
Es war ein interessantes Jahr. Manches war wie erwartet, anderes nicht (besonders der Anteil der Arbeit als Steward der nicht-öffentlich passiert, wie Mailinglisten oder OTRS. Habe ich Fehler gemacht? Natürlich, aber ich bin bereit, daraus zu lernen. Da ist noch Luft nach oben, und es gibt Bereiche, in denen ich nicht so aktiv war wie ich wollte.
Aufgrund von Real-Life-Ereignissen konnte ich nicht immer so aktiv sein wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte (besonders in den letzten zwei Monaten). Aber ich gehe davon aus, dass ich insgesamt mein Aktivitätslevel halten oder sogar steigern kann.
