The operators are User talk:Poslovitch and User talk:Pamputt.
On Wiktionnaire, I often see a bunch of newlines at the end of a pronunciation section, and apparently it's this bot adding them: see diff1 and diff2 for Β« tout Β».
(P.S. I would post on Wiktionnaire but I'm just more comfortable in English. I can switch to French if you prefer.)
