@Bennylin: It appears you are running 2 scripts which throw JavaScript errors as you browse Mediawiki.org. This may be causing issues with other gadgets you are running here.
It seems the Mike.lifeguard scripts you use have problems, in particular User:Mike.lifeguard/addTools.js, User:Mike.lifeguard/autoDelete.js, User:Mike.lifeguard/enhancedUndelete.js, User:Mike.lifeguard/rangeContribs.js User:Mike.lifeguard/massBlock.js and User:Mike.lifeguard/blockOptions.js that are causing these problems.
