Globally locked account

This account is locally blocked on en.wiki and turned up when I ran a check pursuant to this thread. The CU tool indicates that it is globally locked. I have identified who I think it may be but was wanting to compare with the stewards here to see if that is who/why they locked? Thank you,

- Looks like it's part of the WorldCreaterFighter group. @HakanIST: can clarify further, but I imagine the lock was done to hide the name from some lists. – Ajraddatz (talk) 21:12, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
