Done the last four. However, the inactivity policy seems to mention that rights are removed if the user has no activity in a year, neither in their edits nor in admin actions. Either edits or admin actions are enough to break inactivity streaks. The local policy also says that the user needs to respond to the talk page message. Both of these users were inactive on 15 September when the message was left on the talk page. Jabbi has made an article edit since then, but not responded to the message and Jóhannesbjarki has only made a single edit, which was to respond on his talk page that he was fine with losing the rights as he was not using them.
