I don't disagree with the action, but it's probably not necessary to bring every inappropriate enwiki username here unless they're actually creating accounts across multiple projects. After all, a lot of accounts are blocked for inappropriate usernames on enwiki every day and the cases that actually start registering the same username on other projects afterwards and need to be locked are a very small minority.
