list your name here and describe what you want to do on the toolserver (with links to tools you have written)

I think this will be problematic, because sql queries which runs for hours will slow down the toolserver. --Filzstift 11:12, 24 November 2005 (UTC) [reply ]
As far as I know, there is a low priority setting for these kind of queries. However, wikisign is now offline, so I suggest we use the toolserver for wikisigns' functionality. Even if we had to restrict the amount of SQL muscle strenght that can be given to the tool. -- Mathias Schindler 09:17, 18 April 2006 (UTC) [reply ]
I'll have a look at it, as soon as the source is available. --Leon ¿! 11:37, 18 April 2006 (UTC) [reply ]
When there is a low priority setting so I see no problem to put it into the toolserver. Will say, it would be nice if i could have an account --Filzstift 15:35, 11 May 2006 (UTC) [reply ]
  • User:Mzlla: I have plans about two tools; linktool, which gets statistics of the links, e.g. how many times some link exists in Wikipedia (how many times some domain, and so on) and the tool which shows the pages, which have big changes last hours (possibly vandalism) Mzlla 15:06, 13 May 2006 (UTC) [reply ]
  • en:User:Mineralè: Planning to submit a plugin for a <units> tag that would allow for seamless translation of units (hopefully by making use of gnu units) depending on Locale and for a tool to quickly convert units from pages. Ie having something such as <units>50lb</units> is converted into the user's chosen unit (ie kilograms). Mineralè 05:10, 14 May 2006 (UTC) [reply ]
