(English) This is an essay. It expresses the opinions and ideas of some Wikimedians but may not have wide support. This is not policy on Meta, but it may be a policy or guideline on other Wikimedia projects. Feel free to update this page as needed, or use the discussion page to propose major changes.

Characteristics and behaviour
[edit ]- They only read Wikipedia and don't edit.
- Some of them also don't visit Wikipedia because their teacher (in case of young people) or another person said to them "Wikipedia is not a reliable source" (Example: Ms. Ava prohibits their students from going to Wikipedia and rejects any work were Wikipedia was used).
- They don't know that Wikipedia can be edited, though there's a button in the site, still think that Wikipedia cannot be edited (Example: John says to Jane that he edited Wikipedia but Jane thinks that John is a hacker).
- They type "wikipedia.com" instead of "wikipedia.org" because they think that .com is the only TLD that exists.
- Getting confused after seeing that there's other projects other than Wikipedia
