This is a navigational template to be placed at the top of Wikimedia Tech-related pages (Tech Forum, Tech News etc.).

description	`1`	Description about what the page is for, in a few paragraphs	Content	optional
description language	`introlang`	Language of the description passed in parameter #1. This should always be passed if the description is present, because it helps browsers and especially assistive technologies like screen readers to properly handle multilingual content (e.g. if this template is translated into the current page’s language, but the description isn’t, or vice versa).
