Hello @Arash.pt, thanks for submitting this Rapid Fund proposal. We have reviewed the proposal and made a decision to fund it in the amount of 4800 EUR (4984 USD).
Kindly note that as agreed, the following outcomes and deliverables will be anticipated from this meetup:
Clear outcomes:
- Establishing direct communication with experienced Wikimedians and WMF staff to gain valuable insights;
- Improving our community's capabilities through these interactions;
- Creating a sustainable framework for ongoing knowledge transfer and collaboration.
Specific deliverables will include:
- A detailed report summarizing the discussions and outcomes of the meetup;
- Action plans for future activities and initiatives within our community;
- A strategy for ongoing collaboration and communication with the wider Wikimedia movement;
- Documentation of best practices and learnings to be shared with the broader community.
Moreover, attendees for this meetup will meet a selection criteria with a clear process for applying to attend.
