At the bottom of the report, it says to ask questions at m:Talk:Communications but that would be completely uncontextualized and removed from the actual body of the report. I would suggest using this talk page itself for questions and discussions. I believe a legend is missing for the chart here: Communications/Research/Diversity,_equity,_and_inclusion_research/United_States_-_2021#Editors. It corresponds to this page in the PDF report [1].
