Tell us how you'll carry out your project. Be sure to answer the following questions:

1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?

2 Online Editathons over the month of March 2021 as we have seen before that a single day is not sufficient for a complete introduction for newcomers.

2. How will you let your community know about the event? Please paste links below to where relevant communities have been notified of your proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.

We usually partner with NGO's working in the areas of Gender and Women's rights. Members of these groups join in suggesting articles, training sessions and discussions. We reach out to them through their representatives, as well as through our facebook and Instagram pages.

3. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event?

Yes we do.

4. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?

The purpose of multiple sessions is to ensure that participants get a clear idea of the level of rigor required and collect quality sources for their articles.

5. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

Participants are usually encouraged to carry on their editing even after the editathon is over.

6. Are you running any in-person events or activities? If so, you will need to complete the steps outlined on the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool below:

Yes, we will be carrying out in-person activities with covid-protocols in place.

7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?

We hope that we will see an increase in participation this time around with the bias towards digital brought on by the pandemic.

We also hope that the online format will help us connect with feminist/activists in other cities.

How will you know if the project is successful and you've met your goals? Please include the following targets:

1. Number of events
2. Number of participants
3. Number of new editors
4. Number of articles created or improved
5. Number of repeat participants (for projects that include a series of events)
6. Number of potential articles listed

What resources do you have? Include information on who is organizing the project, what they will do, and if you will receive support from anywhere else (in-kind donations or additional funding).

We have no additional funding.
