I'd like to help out on OTRS because I have experience handling support requests and emails. I know about the Wikimedia process, and can refer people to the Reference Desk, and other places. I can also answer the question, and if I don't know it, either a) look it up on meta, or b) ask another volunteer to review. I am mainly active on Meta-Wiki, with Wikidata and Wikibooks occasionally. I know about copyright policy, which is why I am requesting permissions-commons and permissions-en, and then info-en as I can handle regular support requests in English. - @CaptainEek: If you are an OTRS-admin, then allow me to explain the CU-situation on enwiki. I was trying my best, but came under fire. I retired the original account, scrambled the password, then left Wikipedia. Later, I decided to rejoin, only to be found and blocked for socking (even though the original account wasn't blocked). I created Slykos, wasn't found, but blocked for only a couple counts of incorrect reverting vandalism (I thought it was). On BlackWidowMovie0, I thought that since the master wasn't blocked I could edit, I was wrong, I am trying for SO. If you aren't an OTRS-admin, this isn't a vote.
