Add Structured data during file upload with Upload Wizard
- Problem: When uploading a new file we fill form with separate fields for author, date, coordinates, license, etc. Than that date is converted to Wikitext using Template:Information and several other templates, which then might be than parsed by various bots to populate SDC fields. A better solution would be to populate those SDC fields at the upload time.
- Who would benefit: projects using the images, and especially the ones that rely on SDC fields.
- Proposed solution: Many SDC properties should be added to the file during upload process with Upload Wizard. WE might want to have a flag to skip SDC update, for example when user uploads a file with intention to change the metadata latter
