Then an interactive exercise for the workshop participants - 1. What were their main motivators for becoming involved with Wikipedia; 2. What keeps them involved with Wikipedia; 3. Why would others want to be contributors to Wikipedia; 4. What strategies could they put in place to keep people involved.
