- Personal info: Another stewardship year is gone, I still enjoy volunteering in the field. I underwent a series of changes and big troubles which weakened my ability to do the follow-up some issues, which I'm try to move on the OTRS. Notwithstanding this I can appreciate the way our small team was able to handle most of them anyway. Though some issues are still unsolved after years I think we're working closely with both the Foundation and the tech team. I hope this will bring to a better handling of complex problems but also a faster and clearer workflow for handling global blocking and renames.

- Informazioni personali: Ancora dopo un altro anno da steward mi piace essere volontario in tale ambito. Ho sperimentato una serie di cambiamenti e grossi problemi che hanno indebolito la mia capacità di seguire alcune situazioni che sto provando a gestire via OTRS. Ciò malgrado ho potuto apprezzare come il nostro piccolo gruppo sia stato ugualmente in grado di gestire la maggior parte di tali problemi. Per quanto alcuni problemi non siano stati risolti da anni ho l'impressione che siamo in grado di lavorare più a contatto con la fondazione e col gruppo tecnico. Spero quindi che questo porti a una miglior gestione di problemi complessi ma anche a una gestione più rapida e chiara di blocchi e rinomine globali.

- There's no need, it's true I miss some messages: this happens in two circumstances, the period I wasn't around but also when I'm targeted by some LTA storms whose edits sometimes end up hiding some messages. There's a third circumstance: I don't reply to an onwiki message because I already did it via email, OTRS, IRC, someone else already did, or I simply solved the issue and the user is aware of this. Anyway this workflow should be improved, by my side I'm moving it to OTRS, but some mediawiki message should be made more clear. --Vituzzu (talk) 08:47, 9 February 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
