- Personal info: Hello all. This was my first year as a steward. I was relatively active up to the autumn (or fall if you wish). The main areas I was active in was cross-wiki abuse and attending to the OTRS queue, which is often backlogged. I made a few mistakes, particularly when I started but I was willing to correct them as soon as possible. For the last three or four months I have been very busy in my job because of the build-up to Brexit, trying to solve problems before they become unmanageable. This has often meant very long shifts and very little sleep in between. Consequently I haven’t been on-wiki much lately. I anticipate my workload easing in about seven weeks time when the U.K. will either sink or swim out of trouble. Whatever the outcome I would like to continue as a steward for the coming year, with the intention of consuming in tackling crosswiki abuse and on OTRS. Thank you for reading this far.
