Hello sir, I have a problem here the page मुख्य पृष्ठ which is the main page of meta wiki in hindi language.It is actually in Nepali language. you may see in wikipedia It's actually the मुखपृष्ठ. There is the problem in the name of the main page of Hindi and Nepali language. Translation of "Main page" in Hindi is "मुख्य पृष्ठ" and perhaps the same in Nepali. I don't know why hiwiki uses मुखपृष्ठ. In hindi, मुखपृष्ठ means "Front page". Thus, if meta main page appears as मुख्य पृष्ठ in Hindi, there is nothing wrong in it. The value of the home page is set here: https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki%3AMainpage-description%2Fne&diff=6077395&oldid=6073597 but all our projects does not use the same name for the home page that's the issue. Thanks for this. That line was created by the "add your application" link in the green box of OTRS/Volunteering. The actual link is [1]. The preloaded OTRS/Volunteering/Template appears to have that stray line you removed. Is there a way to avoid having the preload put it there at all? Great! All files in iawiki [2] are unused and marked for deletion (ia:Categoria:Wikipedia:Eliminar ). The official policy is to use commons only. Since 2007 [3] it says that images have to be uploaded to commons. Looking at them, there are six groups

1. 2x files that are like two of those that you deleted, namely: ia:File:Cornamusa (anglese, Northumbria) .jpg and ia:File:Magyar duda .jpg -> DELETE for possible copyvio
2. 1x aerial photo ia:File:Högalid-aerephoto.jpg -> DELETE for possible copyvio
3. 2x flags: ia:File:Interlingua.jpg, ia:File:Bandiera IA.png (interlingua flag proposal by some person, but author not given. Public domain claimed, but without source this is dubious.) -> DELETE for possible copyvio
4. 5x photos of groups of people, in comments it says "private photo": ia:File:IMG 0013 Valla.JPG, ia:File:Incontro Nordic 2010 003-1.jpg, ia:File:Incontro Nordic 2010 003.jpg, ia:File:Incontrodeltagare2004.jpg, ia:File:MiniDSC04733 Participantes.jpg -> DELETE for possible copyvio and no indication of consent of people portrait.
5. 3x images of individuals (2x Erik, 1x Ingvar, both interlinguists) -> DELETE for possible copyvio (wmf: An EDP may not allow material where we can reasonably expect someone to upload a freely licensed file for the same purpose, such as is the case for almost all portraits of living notable individuals.)
6. 2x images of a book of Ingvar -> DELETE for possible copyvio

There is no EDP as defined by wmf:Resolution:Licensing policy. The WMF text says: As of March 23, 2007, any newly uploaded files under an unacceptable license shall be deleted and By March 23, 2008, all existing files under an unacceptable license as per the above must either be accepted under an EDP, or shall be deleted. Moving the page would mean that the project main page is in the article space. Hi Nahid. WMFR:LP says "By March 23, 2008, all existing files under an unacceptable license as per the above must either be accepted under an EDP, or shall be deleted.".

Another Wikipedia in a constructed language, that has no EDP (Exemption Doctrine Policy) as defined in the WMFR:LP is iewiki.

Where I could, I replaced the images with images from Commons. Otherwise I just deleted the reference. 12 files, 6x of them for a Boy Scout organization from the US, 2x a map, where it is not known it is correct, 2x photos from Prague 1939 and 1968, not specifically important, there are several in Commons, 1x logo - it was not used before I came, 1x photograph - it cannot go to Commons. As far as I can see they all should be deleted for having no appropriate license.

Could you transfer https://nov.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:230px-Biologial_klasifikatione.png to Commons, category https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Taxonomy_diagrams? And jbowiki, also conlang https://jbo.wikipedia.org/wiki/rirci:ListFiles, two of the files have been tagged for deletion in 2015 by ....Nahid! I unlinked all.

unused non-free and those without valid license tag should be tagged for deletion, IMO. Since non-gs wikis have some active admins, I think it'd be best if we can contact them directly via their local talk page.
