- Done. Thank you for the wishes above, though you'd probably better attribute the image you used to its original author or it might be deleted on Commons. Best wishes for 2015 to you too, Sa vh ñ 01:00, 1 January 2015 (UTC) Reply

Teles had told me to wait to see if I will have an answer but since nothing. Can you do something? --Grind24 (talk) 12:17, 3 January 2015 (UTC) Reply

see my update on meta
There are some admins which are blocking by default, stewards are meant to police this and take action when people mention, especially if people mention conflict of interest whilst trying to get unblocked.
- No, stewards are not meant to police all wikis. En.wiki has sufficient conflict resolution processes to handle it, so per the steward policy, it should be handled there. Sa vh ñ 12:46, 18 January 2015 (UTC) Reply
you are assuming arbcom is working and assuming the admins act correctly, these failing are obvious to everyone dont undo without engaging with talk, I am raising serious issues here
- You have been told before these issues should be adressed at en.wiki. Even if being unkind was a serious issue, it should be attended locally, independently of how many times you request it on Steward requests/Global. We will not interfere, as you've been told before. This is not a supreme court or something, we are not reviewing en.wiki admins. Sa vh ñ 11:06, 25 January 2015 (UTC) Reply

As you may know, the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees approved a new "Access to nonpublic information policy" on 25 April 2014 after a community consultation. The former policy has remained in place until the new policy could be implemented. That implementation work is now being done, and we are beginning the transition to the new policy.
An important part of that transition is helping volunteers like you sign the required confidentiality agreement. All Wikimedia volunteers with access to nonpublic information are required to sign this new agreement, and we have prepared some documentation to help you do so.
The Wikimedia Foundation is requiring that anyone with access to nonpublic information sign the new confidentiality agreement by 15 December 2015 (OTRS users have until 22 December 2015) to retain their access. You are receiving this email because you have access to nonpublic information and are required to sign the confidentiality agreement under the new policy.
Signing the confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information is conducted and tracked using Legalpad on Phabricator. The general confidentiality agreement is now ready, and the OTRS agreement will be ready after 22 September 2015. We have prepared a guide on Meta-Wiki to help you create your Phabricator account and sign the new agreement: Confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information/How to sign
If you have any questions or experience any problems while signing the new agreement, please visit this talk page or email me (gvarnum(_AT_)wikimedia.org). Again, please sign this confidentiality agreement by 15 December 2015 (OTRS users have until 22 December 2015) to retain your access to nonpublic information. If you do not wish to retain this access, please let me know and we will forward your request to the appropriate individuals.
Thank you,

Question
I do not understand the concern here. What sysop's judgement would the bot be overruling by redirecting redirects from redirects to articles? -- とある白い猫 chi? 15:01, 26 September 2015 (UTC) Reply
- If a page is protected as [edit=sysop], editing is a sysop action, even if uncontroversial. There are two main possibilities for a redirect to be protected as such: Either there is a specific reason for it to be protected (and in that case it could be that a bot edit is undesired) or because the original page (moved twice) is/was protected as [edit=sysop]. in the second case, the protection is most likely unnecessary and should not be bypassed by editprotected but notified to the local admins, who can evaluate. You are receiving this email because you have been identified as an OTRS volunteer and are required to sign the confidentiality agreement under the new policy. If you do not sign the new confidentiality agreement by 31 December 2015, you will lose your OTRS access. OTRS volunteers have a specific agreement available, if you have recently signed the general confidentiality agreement for another role (such as CheckUser or Oversight), you do not need to sign the general agreement again, but you will still need to sign the OTRS agreement.
