I'm an active contributor to enwiki. Sometimes I like to check out the help and reference desks there to see what questions I can answer. I'd like to help out on OTRS because ...

I'm an active user on the English Wikipedia with an interest in helping to grow the project. I work in a job that requires me to talk to the public about technical things that they may not have an extensive background in, and I think it would be great to be able to apply those skills on the Wikimedia Foundation projects. I'm already identified to the foundation (diff) and I have some experience answering user emails on enwiki as an account creator. I'm able to answer queries in Spanish as well as English, friendly and welcoming to newer contributors, and I hope to be able to help out in yet another area of the project! I'm a patroller and a rollbacker on the Chinese Wikipedia, so I deal with vandalism, copyright problem,and many questions ask by the newcomer in the village pump. I have come across and helped many new or confused users. I'd like to help out on OTRS in order to assist more users and to approve permissions emails,which is really slow.
