    Why is this user awesome? Darylgolden was awarded the editor of the week award by WikiProjext Editor Retention on the English Wikipedia for the week beginning 1 February 2015. The original nomination statement:

    "I nominate Darylgolden as Editor of the Week for their great work in articles for creation and other maintenance or cleanup-related behind-the-scenes dredge duty. Darylgolden is a very consistent AfC reviewer, and I haven't really found a review I strongly disagree with yet. Darylgolden also goes deep on their reviews - not just snatching the easy fast declines for a higher edit count. Darylgolden takes the time to check sources and has a good accept-to-decline ratio. Darylgolden also does heaps of other miscellaneous gnome-y work, such as maintain persondata templates- something most editors don't dare to touch with a ten-foot pole.     Why is this user awesome? She's a fairly new Wikipedian, but we meet each week, and it turns out she has always talked to a lot of non-Wikipedians at length to try and get them to start writing on Wikipedia. Also, she has really learned the ropes very quickly and can after about a year as a Wikipedian have courses for newbies herself. She's smart, dedicated and knows a lot that Wikipedia will definitely benefit from.

    Why is this user awesome? Millars is a very active editor of Wikipedia in Spanish, where he is now a sysop and bureaucrat. He is also active in the Catalan and French language Wikipedias, as well as in Commons. Millars is one the founders and member of the board of Wikimedia Spain. From my personal interaction with him in the chapter I would highlight his selfless, always respectful and indefatigable work; an example for all of us.

    Why is this user awesome? Heinonlein helped create the Did You Know project on the Dutch Wikipedia. He actively checked hundreds of facts so that the process went smoothly. Hein is a writer of over 250 quality articles including 4 featured articles. He actively helps to create a great atmosphere on the project, stimulating others he meets to go the distance as well.     Why is this user awesome? Lymantria is a one of the active admins on the Dutch Wikipedia, Commons and Wikidata, and as can be seen from their userpages and talk pages people highly appreciate him. A member of the Dutch Wikipedias Hall of Fame, Lymantria wrote several tens of thousands of articles on butterflies, and is coordinator of the Did You Know project, and helps with the heritage project and animal project.     Why is this user awesome? Ymnes is a one of the those volunteers that write articles for years without being noticed. Simply doing great things in the background. Ymnes was coordinator of the Did You Know project during its finest hour, helping the project succeed during times of less activity.     Why is this user awesome? Capaccio is a former admin of the Dutch Wikipedia. He is the chemistry expert of the project. They wrote over 10.000 large articles on chemistry. He co-founded the Did You know project, which created and fact checked nearly 2000 facts. He co-founded the NGC project, which wrote over 7800 articles on NGC listed galaxies.     Why is this user awesome? Steinbach is a Wikimedian since 2004. A sysop and bureaucrat on 6 Dutch minority projects (Frysian, Limburgish [wp, wikt], Lower Saxon, West Flemish and Zealandish), and a former admin of the Dutch Wikipedia. He wrote about a quarter of the Limburgish Wikipedia, with over 5000 quality articles. In january 2015 he was on a television talk show to talk about Wikipedia [2]. In short, a great Wikimedian! With over half a million contributions (not counting 1,5 million bot edits), he is one of the people the global community turns to with template questions. He has been actively organising Wikimeets and GLAM cooperations for years, publishes Wikimedia newsletters, and is one of the founding board members of Wikimedia Belgium.     Paulae is a long time contributor with a broad array of interests, mostly filling broad white fields in our portfolio of articles (pre 1900s female authors; Film -DEFA, UdSSR, French, silent movies and very bad ones ;)-; the city of Dresden and churches. Very friendly, everytime ready to help newcomers and long-time-authors (A: I am stuck with a biography, can you help me? - P: Yes, but it may take some time (months, weeks), I have a workload at my hands. - 2hours after sending the material, the article, that took me months was online...)

    Why is this user awesome? Because he is very patient with disruptive editors, newbies, ips, etc. Teaching the Wikipédia politics, his very politness argumentation is an example for all editors in pt-wiki. And more, he is a great recruiter of new editors by use of Wikipedia in his classrooms at UFRGS and do public speaks about Wikipédia.

    Why is this user awesome? Because he is a dedicacted photographer, mostly of Swiss ice hockey and trains (nobody is perfect). He has traveled a lot (and I really mean a lot) of miles by train for the Free Culture. I think he deserves at least a tshirt.

    Why is this user awesome? One of the active admins on Commons and the Dutch Wikipedia. They say that high trees catch alot of wind (which means that people who do alot, get alot of feedback) and Natuur12 gets lots of feedback. He is always open to discussion, and is able to put things in perspective. Great content contributor, and helps with importing images from flickr to Commons. In short, a great Wikimedian!
