very typical location for frankfurt, famous for its indigenous athmosphere and kitchen - local specialty is ebbelwoi a type of cider (ähnlich aber netter ist übrigens der Wagner, drei Häuser weiter. v.a. ist der Wagner nicht ganz so touri-überlaufen und das essen ist super (deftig).
Mainufer am Eisernen Steg (River Main banks near Iron Footbridge)
sitting in the grass, warm summer night, water flows, cicadas chirping, stars shining and over all the Frankfurt Skyline is twinkling. For food and drinking a nearby Restaurant/Party-boat could be rented

the party could take place on a boat cruising on the Main/Rhein from Frankfurt to Mainz or the Rheingau. Eating, drinking, dancing, talking or sitting on deck, star-gazing...

Kastell Saalburg
former roman castle at the limes near frankfurt, rebuilt at the end of the 19th century, taberna hall can be rent, really pretty appurtenant structures. Getting there by train is easy and a nice trip with a short walk alongside the limes.
Bockenheimer Depot
Old tramway depot in Bockenheim, near University, very nice building, suitable for many types of events
