CentralNotice/Log: Difference between revisions

This log should be used by Meta-Wiki administrators and Wikimedia Foundation staff members whenever they enable a new notice or make changes to its settings (basically anything done through the Special:CentralNotice interface, but not actions done through Special:NoticeTemplate).
