Refund Policy
All Maxprograms products can be evaluated before purchase, so you can confirm compatibility and functionality before buying a subscription key.
If a purchased key has not yet been registered, you may request a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting info@maxprograms.com.
Once a key has been registered, the license is in active use and the sale is final; refunds are not offered at that point, although exceptions may be made when circumstances warrant it.
