Summary	0026984: REST APIs allows new lines in issue summary field
Description	This is not allowed by the UI and is not handled consistently. For example: Issue View page shows the summary as one line My View and View Issues pages show multiline. Updating the summary changes the value to a single line, with history that shows multi-line, etc. Hence, the REST API should block use of multi-line summary fields.

Do we need some kind of cleanup task to remove newlines, or maybe an admin check ?

I created a fix to stop this from happening - given that this is unlikely to happen or be done by the API caller, I didn't think it is worth adding a migration.
